With "creating journeys that change the heart" as our corporate message, we aim to create travel experiences that awaken the senses, restore vitality, remain in people's hearts, and bring lasting change.

Through stays at hotels and ryokans across Japan and around the world, I have felt that each place has its own temperature.

By temperature, I mean the warmth created by people, an atmosphere where guests can truly relax, and the energy born when people connect. When these elements come together, they move each guest's senses, fill the heart, and create deep emotion.

We connect traditions that have been passed down over time, the spirit of sincere hospitality, and modern, creative digital technology in a seamless way, delivering warm and comfortable experiences.
